Endometriosis, with some exceptions, will be able to be seen at the time of hysterectomy and at the time of laparoscopy. I'm not aware of endometriosis causing such specific pains at such specific times. With a followup laparsocopy showing some scar tissue, which when removed, did not remove the pain, the chance of a gynecologic origin is reduced dramatically.

The diagnosis is certainly not clear from what you have provided. The fact that it started 1 month post-operatively is curious, to say the least. Spastic colon normally doesn't fit the history you've given either.

Have you considered a second opinion forma gastroenterologist. It seems more gastro than gyn but other opinions might be necessary if a diagnosis and effective therapy are not available.
