Interesting that you would counsel contradictory use to the manufacturers pid. Since doctors aren't held accountable to the side effects of the use of any drug they prescribe, this doesn't really surprise me. But drug manufacturers write up product insert datasheets for a reason. They ARE held accountable. As a result, they don't usually put info on them that is not for good reason. Why would they limit use on their own PID unless it was truly necessary due to some clinical findings from their product use? Sure doesn't make them any money to limit the prescriptive use.
