I've been trying to get pregnant for the past 1.5 years with no luck. Diagnosed with PCO and on Clomid for the past 8 months. I've had the HSG and am lined up for IUI next month but still want to try to conceive on our own for this month. Questions: what is the long term on taking Clomid 50mg for so many months and are the risks realizable? And, if my uterus is retro, should we be re-aligning our sexual positioning to conceive.
