Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Two periods in one month" I am 31, and have always had pretty regular cycles, every 28 to 30 days, with an occasional variation, early or late. My periods tend to be very heavy and usually every other month, I have terrible PMS, mostly emotionally. This month, my period came 2 weeks early. It lasted the usual 5 to 6 days. Now, almost 2 weeks later, my period is back again. This has never happened before. What could be happening? I did just get over a bad case of the flu which lasted for 2 weeks, could this be the cause? Next message: Harvey S.
