If there was no episiotomy, now would usually be OK but USE BIRTH CONTROL unless you wish to become pregnant right away (risk of preterm birth if pregnancy achieved so rapidly).

If there was an episiotomy, it depends when the stitches are completely healed. Usually 4-6 weeks. Again, USE BIRTH CONTROL.
