No periods while breastfeeding...

I'm breastfeeding almost exclusively, baby is 6 months old and has slept through the night for 3 months and taking some solids. I am also taking Micronor and have not had a period since before I got pregnant.

I realize that it is very normal to not have periods while you are breastfeeding, and that the Micronor also can cause this. But I have also heard that you can get pregnant before your period returns.

So how would you ever know if you did get pregnant if you're not having periods? And how long does it normally take for your period to return when you are breastfeeding?

A.
