Bobbie,

Thank G-d it doesn't take a rocket scientist for this one because I'm no rocket scientist... you're allergic to Floxin. And since this has come up, you should be careful with all drugs in this family including Noroxin and Cipro.

As an aside, I never understoond why doctors prescribe antibiotics for women with white blood cells (WBC) in their urine without a urine culture (unless there are acute symptoms and treatment is for this). WBCs are normally found in many women from normal vaginal discharge. A urine culture would make a definitive diagnosis and give you bacterial sensitivity to a "best" antibiotic choice.
