Is eclampsia autoimmune like endometriosis?

I am a regular member of the forum endo@obgyn.net, and I have a question about eclampsia based on this message that I pasted below that came to the endometriosis forum a few days ago. My question is this: Is this person right about eclampsia being an autoimmune disorder like endometriosis?

me for trying to get some answers.  i know there are some people in the
medical field on this forum (miss rn) who might have known the answer.
but i guess not.  you should all be happy to know that he told me the
answer to the "hog wash" question.  now if you want to hear it or not is
up to you.  eclampsia has an autoimmune componet as well as
endometriosis.  it trys to get rid of foreign bodies in the body.  women
who are prostitutes have less of a chance of getting pre/and eclampsia
because their body is use to sperm, which is foreign to the body...just
like the baby.  sperm is protein and sperm is different in every man,
therefore the prostitute's body builds up antibodies and becomes use to
the foreign bodies.  see the point?? the same in women who swallow.  it
is just like allergies.  people who get allergy shots soon become less
and less allergic to whatever they are allergic to.  so miss tinker
belle, i'll let you go back to never never land where people only talk
about endometriosis....and the weather!
