(+) IgG what? Anticardiolipin (ACA), Antinuclear antibody(ANA), lupus anticoagulant (LAC)? Progesterone short term usually (nothing is 100%) has no side effects with respect to clotting.

Not at this time. The hypothyroidism should be straightened out also.

Neither birth control pills nor progesterone are contraindicated with many of the antibodies listed above.
