Thanks There may have been some congenital (born with it) anomaly that caused this. I'm not sure where the cysts fit in or what "ropy" tubes are. I suggest a consult with an OB-GYN and a laparoscopy in the future if it becomes necessary. The OB-GYN should talk to the surgeon about the operative findings.
