Had some computer problems and missed it. Sorry. Here it is. "Back in May I was having alot of pain with my right breast so I had a mamo and an ultra sound and they said it was a nodule and benign. Well 2 weeks ago it starting hurting so bad I have to wear a bra to bed. Last week I got my period so I thought well the pain will go away, but this week I still have alot of pain mainly under my nipple. A few years ago I had 2 biopsies on my left breast that came back benign. I am 35 years old, any suggestions as to what it could be?" At age 35 I recommend a mammo and sono but since you've already had it, we're now dealing with a painful nodule (I'm presuming the sono showed solid nodule and not cyst from what you wrote). Breast sensitivity can be from caffeine intake, hormone changes, water retention, etc. IN the archives we've discussed vitamin therapy, stopping caffeine and aerobic exercise as possible therapies. If nothing helps, an office visit is indicated unless concern and self exams have you scedule this earlier. A new sono may be indicated at this point too.
