The possibilities are - gyn, musculoskeletal, bowel, urologic. IF gyn and urol have been eliminated, we have bowel and musculoskeletal. IBS can be pretty bad, but if it's been eliminated, it has to be musculoskeletal. IF it ahsn't been eliminated, get a more definitive workup. Good luck.
