To be honest there could be loads of causes for your pain and I am not a doctor so wouldnt want to begin to guess. The left handside pain sounds very familiar tome- having had it for about 6 years now.Mine I think was caused by adhesions and has come back to haunt me dispite having had a hysterectomy -I now have adhesions on my bowel - so I can also sympathise over bowel/bladder problems. What concerns me is that you havent mentioned what your doctor is proposing to do next about this. Just because they didnt find endo doesnt rule out micro endo or endo on the bowel where it can be hard to spot. Believe in yourself and your symptoms. You are the best judge of your pain.Dont take no for an answer.I think women get fobbed off too much that it is 'all in the mind' when it obviously isnt. The fact that you have taken the time to write here shows how concerned you are. Please make sure you are getting the best care from your doctor. I would love to hear back as to how you are getting on. take care love Janet
