Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Help from a doctor, please?" Dear Doctor, I had a tah in April and a follow-up removal of my ovaries and major clean-up of adhesions in August. I had my yearly pelvic and pap exam done last week. Sex varies from uncomfortable to painful. I just started having a discharge that is off-white in color and has specks of black and brown in it; it is thick and a little chunky and I'm frankly worried. I don't know what to think.
