>I have had a small lump in my breast for 12 or 13 years. I have had
doctors examine it, had mammograms, etc. When my sister in law (young, healthy etc) told me she was going in cause she'd found a lump, i told her it might be fine, i had a lump that all the docs said was nothing. Well, hers turned out to be cancer, and now she has most of the family worried about ME!! I am planning on a full physical next month, including a mammogram, but my mother in law is nagging. Since I have had this lump for 12 years, I am only slightly concerned about it. Any ideas to get my mother in law off my back until after the holidays? I mean, benign lumps don't usually become cancer all at once, do they?
