Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for your comment! In regards to your question, no I don't work
out heavily, actually I don't work at all right now! It's too cold for
me. But, yes, I've heared of people that work out can get heavy
periods. In my case I don't know what's happening, but tomorrow I'll be
seeing my doctor. I can't wait!
