Thanks, >Kris Many physician does things a little bit differently but still within accepted practice guidelines. Another way to work the progesterone would be to take a progesterone level 7-10 days after ovulation and if it's good, recheck once a positive pregnancy test is obtained. Another thing some physicians do is empirically (means no test results indicate the need but it works in some patients reagrgdless) treat with a baby Aspirin a day in the first 3 months.
