Bottom line - your blood count is low enough to pass out while driving or just plain have a heart attack and die. If your flow has decreased, your count should come up dramatically with iron. If not, it's not as "decreased" as you may think. What's safest? Only you can decide. The IVP (kidney Xray) I mentioned in a previous post would be important to see that the kidneys are not being compromised.
