If I recall correctly, the Drs. Nezhat (2 brothers) are somewhere in your neck of the woods. They are reported to be top notch laparoscopic surgeons dealing with all sorts of difficult problems. Why not check them out to see if they might be right for you, if only for a second opinion and if you're comfortable with them and think it's right for you, possible surgery.
