With ovarian cancer in a grandmother and colon cancer in a father, the possibility of a genetic basis in your famiy is not strong but rather "apparent". BTW, you should at least be having routine colonscopies due to your father's history. FWIW, a "bikini" cut can frequently be done if the uterus is below the belly button AND mobile enough to maneuver through a lower incision.
