Hi ~ I have asked a couple of questions here recently, and I very much appreciate your concern and responses. Thank you. I have one more question, and I hope it's not trivial compared to many of the posts here. I am 32 years old and I have never been to a gynecologist - I've never had that kind of an exam from any kind of doctor. I know I should go for a lot of reasons, and I know my feelings of fear and embarrassment are ridiculous - I just can't get past them. I've been experiencing some changes lately, and I know it's 'time to see a doctor,' as I see posted here sometimes. I would really appreciate any suggestions as to what I can do to get past this.
