Millie, after my first baby was born, I found it very uncomfortable, impossible, to use tampons. They hurt so much. After trying a few brands, I finally found one that was much more comfortable. Look for sample size boxes of various brands to "try them out" first, if you can. The brand I settled on in the end was OB. They have a website that you can order a sample from, if you want.
