Hi Stacey: I am sure you will hear from others on this one but it seems to me that you should be seen before January! I had a similar problem once and was seen the day I called and I wasn't even a regular patient! Of course this was before blood tests, so the possibility of an missed ectopic pregnancy was much greater. I don't know if blood tests are positive with ectopics or not. You say you've been trying for 4 months but I'm not sure exactly what that means. If you haven't been doing the ovulation prediction (after my time so don't know much about these) or BBT charting (that's my time!) you don't know if you've actually ovulated (and I've recently learned from Dr. M that even that isn't 100% reliable) in which case you wouldn't get your period when you expected it. But now that you've gone past two periods, I think you should be seen soon. Good Luck
