Not likey but some people have endo with no symptoms so who's to say. these unusual chances in perioed pain can occur and frequently has no obvious physical cause. If it can be relieved by medication, I'd have a tendency to not investigate further.

Without sonogram, exam or laparoscopy, I can't say what it is. Why not try ibuprofen, Alleve, Anaprox, Motrin or other NSAIDs? The ovulatory pain usually doesn't respond to therapy except birth control pills to stop ovulation.
