I am still on the pill and from about mid cycle on I spot(more like bleeding because I have to use a tampon) and then I have a full period. I have tried 5 different pills and the same thing happens. I have never had an abnormal pap smear either. They have told me that they think it is due to low estrogen levels too. It's driving me crazy.
