Fowler > Pennsylvania Endometriosis is a possibility. Sonogram and/or laparoscopy would be very helpful iin the diagnosis. Others would recommend GnRH agonists, such as Lupron, to mimic menopause and see if the pain leaves. If it does, it should be endometriosis, if not, it isn't.
