I have to agree with what you say. At the end you mention researching hypoglycemia and insulin resistance and to learn more about the glycemic index. Now that I am pregnant again and I know that I had some low blood sugars after meals in my last pregnancy, where could that put me? Don't things change slightly when pregnant?
