The major choices are

1)rhythm,

2)OC,

3)foam and condom,

4)diaphragm and contraceptive jelly,

5)IUD,

6)tubal ligation

7)prayer and

8)abstinence.

The success rate of #1 is poor in most studies, you refuse #2, #3 and #4 are associated with your allergy, you may not be ready for either #5 or #6, #7 is great but the failure rate is high and #8 works in abbeys only.
