Kate,It sounds as though you had a terrible time of things.From what you say I know that it must be very difficult to put your trust in a Dr... But that is what I have to do. And I do trust my Drs. opinion. He is the type of Dr. that believes that a woman should keep her ovaries if at all possible.But it has come to a point where he feels he should take the remaining ovary and tube.I could tell that he really does not want to but feels that it is really nessasary now. So I am trusting his opinion. All Drs. are not the same.As I have learned, And why I changed gyns after my hysterectomy. So I feel that he is doing the best for me.Thank you for your concern, It is very much appreciatted. Peggy
