Dear Dr. Marchbein, First let me thank you so very much for sharing your time and knowledge -- you truly are a Mensch:) --

The other day I was surprised to read your confirmation re the estrogenic qualities of Evening Primrose Oil. As I later posted to you, I experienced flaring of my endo when taking Evening Primrose Oil.

My question to you is whether you can provide me with additional information re other supplements (ie. Vitamin E, Fish Oil, GTF Chromium, etc.) and foods which you know of to have estrogenic qualities (or anything that may contribute to endo pain). Also, could you please direct me to a "reliable" source/website which contains such information re supplements, etc. I have not yet found on the web a site which mentioned the estrogenic properties of Evening Primrose -- in other words, would you provide me with the website you use:) I'm trying to get my endo under control as opposed to having annual surgeries -- don't know how successful I will be. I have found through process of elimination that certain foods flare my endo -- ie. cottage cheese, tofu (soy products), eggs, caffeine, cocoa, cream, ... ?????

Anyway, I realize this post does not require the immediate attention that many others do -- so, when you have the time, I'd appreciate your insight:)

Warmest Regards, Yen
