Anyone can live without hormones after surgery. It just depends upon the quality of life and side effects.

Risk incrreases with age just like they say on the commercials.

Many people wish that were true but it's not.

Gosh, I'm sounding like doom and gloom but just giving stats. 30-50% of women die from heart disease.

Adequate calcium (1200mg total in 2-3 doses per day and Vitamin D 400IU) & weight bearing exercise.

It's possible but genetics plays a big role.

Consider soy protein. A study from California showed advantages in the amount of 50-60 grams per day. The FDA just this week stated (according to reports I received) that 25 grams per day will do wonders for alternative therapy results.
