I was diagnosed recently with a 2 cm fundal fibroid which really shouldn't be causing any symptoms but I am having very heavy irregular bleeding with clots, bleeding after sex, pelvic pain, and feeling nauseous and just generally not well. Doesn't this sound more like cancer symptoms?
