Women start noticing signs of ealry pregnancy at very different times. Some claim to know immediately that they were pregnant, while others notice no signs - no nausea, no breast tenderness - for many weeks, months -- or never. Most pregnancy tests don't become accurate until 10 days after conception, so it's a little early at this point.
