Dawn, Just had TAH/BSO,appendectomy 5/26.Have had no trouble with bladder.I will tell you right after surgery you will go a lot.I mean a lot.I thought at first something must have happened with bladder. At 3 week checkup I was going a lot and was still having vaginal discharge.I made mistake of mentioning to my OBGYN I must be leaking urine.Well that was the wrong thing to say.He decided to check it by catherizing me and running blue dye through.Right there in the office.Put a tampon in and if urine was leaking there would have been blue on the tampon.Nothing.So be sure and give it plenty of time. That is what this surgery is all about.Time to recuperate and plenty of it.Don't push yourself at all and try to be super woman.Just my two cents.Good luck and you have my E-mail if you need any more questions answered.Better someone that has been through it.Susan
