Only the uterus and cervix removed.I was on pain meds for two weeks and have done good on over the counter meds. But the last couple of days I have been experiencing some incredible lower back pain. I have been put back on the narcotics with relief. I don't like being on these because of the sleepiness they cause. My question is can I get hooked on these pills taking them so long? Also, is it normal to experience back pain from this surgery and what if anything can I do to help relieve this pain without using the narcotics? Thank you very much for your time.
