Looking for a second opinion from a Dr.

I posted the other day and asked about vaginitis, vulvitis. One thimg I wanted an opinion on is.With my adhesions the pain is getting worse as everyday passes. My gyn has agreed that he should do another laporoscopy now.And at this time he will take the remaining ovary and tube out,AS to rule out this being the cause of some of my pain. He is the type of Dr. that believes that a woman should keep her ovaries if at all possible. So I am putting my trust in his recommendation to do this.He told me of all the possible problems that a women can endure with having both ovaries gone. He also told me that it would put me into surgical menopause. At this time I am taking a birth control pill to slow down the activity of the ovary ,And he told me that what I would be taking would be quite similar to what I am taking now.( Ovcon 35 ).One question I have is. When I decide to have the surgery should I ask about having bladder suspension done ? Is this something that I may have to have done somewhere along the line ? At the present I am taking Methadone and Klonopin and these meds are helping very little if at all. I can not justify to myself being on these meds if they are not doing anything. I also worry about going through detox when coming off of them .I have a lot of issues here and I hopre that you can help me out some. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond. I am getting very frustrated over all of this. Peggy
