I have a question aboutmy periods. I am 37 years old. I have 4 children. About 1 year after my last child was born, (he is know 2), my periods started coming a little closer together. They werent as regular as before. My obgyn put me on a hormone for 1 week, which worked for about 3 months then it went back to a shorter cycle, which he dissmissed as me being in my late 30s. Which is fine except for just recently I got my period on Sept 1st, and then nothing until Oct. 8th I was using the restroom and noticed a very, very small amount of light pink blood, but that was it, nothing until Oct. 24, then I started my period. I did take a pregnancy test and it was neg. Also about 3 months ago, I was in alot of abdominal pain, and my family doctor thought it might be my appendix, so he sent me to the hospital for an ultrasound, which showed my appendix to be fine. So he concluded that it could have been a cist and it burst and the liquid from the cist caused the pain. Anyway I really want to know what to do, if anything, or is this just something women go through? Please help. Thank You. Sincerly, Lorraine Clemmons
