Pam,

You mentioned that the Dr. diagnosed you with Endo, Adenomyosis and chocolate cysts/corpus luteum cysts during your last exam. It is my understanding (I'm not a Dr. but do have Endo and possible Adeno~during my Lap, my surgeon saw some of the signs of Adeno, as well as my symtoms) that the only way to diagnose Endo is via a laparoscopy or laparotomy. Drs. can feel the ovaries and see if there is a cyst, but can't tell what type of cyst you have just by exam...again, that is my understanding. I would definitely speak with your Dr. and ask how He came to the conclusion that you have told us.

Good luck, and please, keep us posted.
