Heavy bleeding, some dark brown blood loss, flooding and clots. Pain can be severe, but severe pain is occassional. Every month there is a fair amount of blood loss from my rectum and I wonder if this can be due to endometriosis? This loss is completely associated to my period, and not at any other time of the month. This has been a problem for as long as I can remember. Maybe more than 10 years, so this makes it awkward to tell my GP about the symptom.
