It sounds like you need to get examined by your gynecological health care provider. You should schedule an appointment, hopefully for sometime within the month. I suggest you take great pains to increase your fluid and fiber intake to at least two quarts or liters of non-caffeinated fluid per day, and add Metamucil as directed on the package if you do not get five servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Increase your fiber gradually if you are well below the five-per-day level now. I suggest that you avoid laxatives unless and until you've been advised to use them by your health care provider.

If your gyn exam is normal, seeing your primary care provider should be your next step, to address the bloating and constipation.
