It looks and feels like i am 4-5 months pregnant. The bloating tends to start after ovulation (mid-cycle) and continues until I get my period and then goes down for awhile until I ovulate again. Does this sound like PMS bloating or could it be an early sign of ovarian cancer or fibroids? I have also been very constipated and have a feeling of pressure on my vaginal area.
