All my friends who haven't had hysterectomies lose all the weight they want with Dr. Atkins diet. Something is wrong with my metabolism since I had my hysterectomy but can't seem to get any answers. Is there anyone out there who can recommend an eating plan or exercising plan that will help boose my metabolism so I can loose this excess weight? Thank you.
