Doctor's educated guess was adenomyosis but needed to prove to insurance co, I guess, to get approval for hysterectomy. Saved a biopsy, recovery time and then hysterectomy weeks later. I was in a lot of pain and time was of the essence....just wanted the darn thing OUT!
