YOU DO HAVE RIGHTS! You have the right to good medical care, you have
the right to be respected and treated with dignity. However, in this
age of HMO care, insurance companies seem to have taken over our medical
care. It sounds like the problem here is the physician and his staff.
Is there another physician you can see? You should be able to have the
surgery you need, but you also should feel comfortable with the care you
receive
