I wish I knew. Given your pain, I think a checkup is in order. I wish I could do that over the 'net for you! Still no technology for that...Please, do call your gyn today.

By the way, changing dry tampons can be very irritating to the vagina. Is it possible to use a panty liner until the bleeding starts? (No need to answer publicly...)
