Dear Erin,

How frustrating for you! Since you're still/again having pain, in my opinion you need to make a followup appointment with your doctor.

In the unlikely event that you're pregnant, I imagine that your OB would probably be able to give you reassurance regarding doxycycline and pregnancy.
