Well. had been scheduled for hysterectomy 10-11-99, insurance company denied request, instead will allow for hysterscopy and polyp removal only. Also during pre-op visit, my MD has determined that bladder has prolapsed, need bladder repair. My question, why am I having to fight with the insurance company over what my physician and I have determined to be the appropriate treatment for me? Also i am having irregular cycles, severe PMS, all kinds of urinary symptoms. What can I do to get the surgery I want?
