labial varicose vein? Several weeks ago I noticed a kind of bump on my labia, It kind of looked like a blood blister, only it protruded a bit more. This week I got my period, and when I was inserting a tampon I noticed that the bump had gotten bigger...still the same color as a blood blister, and about the size of a pea. It is not painful or uncomfortable in any way, but I am wondering what it is. Could it possibly be a varicose vein? If so would it show up after delivery? My doctor did not mention it at my 6 week post partum check, so I am assuming either she did not see it or did not think it was worth mentioning, but it was only a week or so after that that I noticed it for the first time.
