Clomid does not increase the risk of miscarriage. The reason for taking Clomid may, however increase the rate of miscarriage. Clomid is usually given days 5-9 of the cycle. Any reason it was done day 2-6?

PCO with lack of ovulation is one good reason for Clomid but unless a need for Clomid was demonstrated by lack of ovulation or low progesterone level, I'm not sure why the Clomid was used.

If you find out any more, please write back.
