I wish I could give you an answer over the 'net, but you need to see your primary health care provider in the next week or two. If the symptoms recur before your appointment, try eating something sweet, and note if that action makes the symptoms go away. Also, note if you had a cigarette in the 15-20 minutes prior to having symptoms.

By the way, smokers are not particularly healthy. Even those who smoke only one or two cigarettes per day have a significantly increased risk of heart attack. Please stop smoking!
