If the symptoms recur before your appointment, try eating something sweet, and note if that action makes the symptoms go away. Also, note if you had a cigarette in the 15-20 minutes prior to having symptoms. By the way, smokers are not particularly healthy. Even those who smoke only one or two cigarettes per day have a significantly increased risk of heart attack. Please stop smoking!
